Make care routines easier, calmer, and more consent-based, no long-term commitment required. This drop-in cooperative care class focuses on helping dogs feel safe and empowered during handling, grooming, and veterinary-style procedures. Each session stands alone, so you can attend as needed and work at your dog’s pace. Led by trainer Cam, whose background includes extensive exotic animal husbandry, this class emphasizes observation, communication, and choice, skills essential across species. You’ll practice practical cooperative care skills while learning how to read your dog’s signals and build trust through clear, respectful handling. There will be up to 3 other dogs in the training room with dividers to help maintain focus should we need them.
